| TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CHARTER SERVICES |
| The hirer should submit his tour programme in advance |
| Kilometers will be counted from Garage. |
| The timings will be reckoned from the time of Vehicle starts from Garage. |
| 20% estimated tour advance extra should be deposited before commencement of tour |
| A Reservation fee of Rs. 100/- will be collected along with tour advance for coacher and Rs. 10/- for qualis. |
| No over load will be allowed. |
| If any hire contract is cancelled, the Reservation fee shall be forfeited in addition to cancellation charges. |
| The inter state taxes and other taxes Fee pertaining to vehicle if any should be borne by the hirer. |
| The permit fee shall be borne by the Hirer. |
| The hirer shall be responsible in guiding the driver on the route. |
| The Corporation does not take responsibility for any delay, damages caused due to breakdown, accidents, mechanical failures etc. |
| Rules of the Corporation are applicable in finalising all hire contracts. |
| Service Tax will be Levied in addition to the Tariff. |

| GENERAL RULES |
| The tour will be operated subject to operational conditions. |
| The ticket is not transferable. |
| There will be no refund for any unforeseen calamities which may occure during the tour |
| APTDC will not be responsible for any damage or loss of properties of the tourists. |
| If a person travels as single person during the tour he/she will be accommodated in a single room during night halts on the purchase of single room accommodation ticket. |
| Three adults in a family will be accommodated in one double room by providing only extramattress even though the third person is in possession of a double room ticket for the tour. |
| Fares are exclusive of food charges. |
| Covered under L.T.C. facility of State / Central Governments. |
| Itinerary is subject to change without prior notice. |
| Child means between 5 to 12 years. |
| Ticket face applicable as on the date of facility availed. |
| In case of any dispute, the decision of the Managing Director is final. |
| In case of low occupancy smaller vehicles will be arranger for conducted tours. |
